Special lighting day show Sevilla Fair 2022

The City Council celebrates the return of the Fair and the 175 anniversary of its foundation with a great show for the night of the Lighting that will feature leading figures from Seville and will be conducted by María del Monte, who will also present his new album.

In addition to Maria del Monte, the show will feature Somos del Sur, The Guadalquivir, Isabel Fayos, Friends of Gines, The Suns, Mists and I am from the South (Fausto y Judith, Ari and Estela 'La Canastera') and they will be accompanied by the Dance Schools of Sandra 'La Negra' and that of Alberto Romero. The mayor of Seville, Antonio Muñoz, presented this show today, together with the Government delegate, Major Festivals and Metropolitan Area, Juan Carlos Cabrera; the delegate of the Los Remedios District, Encarnacion Aguilar; and the singer María del Monte. during the act, which was also attended by all the artists and dancers who will participate in the show, Muñoz has highlighted that "this year we wanted to bet on a great concert with the Sevillian women as absolute protagonists and with the participation of leading figures of this genre and with which the public will be able to enjoy the night of the Lighting".

Equally, the mayor explained that this year it will be representatives of the municipal services and the companies that work in the organization and celebration of the Fair who will participate in lighting the lighting button, since "we want to pay tribute to those who make it possible for this party to become a reality".
